Youth Residential Care Leader (15-18) Shift Lead

Focus Ireland in Clonmel, County Tipperary, is seeking a Social Care Leader for the Under 18's Residential Service. Candidates will lead a shift, provide a safe home-like environment, and ensure staff carry out tasks professionally within a 7-day roster.

Applicants must hold a CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification with CORU registration in process and have at least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting. Strong written communication is essential.
