Youth Practitioner (Outreach) - Empower Children & Families

Dorset Council is seeking a Youth Practitioner to deliver outreach support to children, young people and families across Dorset. You will work in their homes and communities, helping build independence, life skills and meaningful opportunities, with a focus on those with disabilities.

Initially outreach, with expansion to a short break provision on the Isle of Portland; you must be available evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota, and hold a driving licence for outreach travel.
