Youth Pathways & Advocacy Advisor

Nottingham City Council in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated practitioner to provide person-centred support to Children in Care and Care Leavers. You will manage a caseload, develop Pathway Plans, and coordinate housing, education and employment support to help young people move toward independent adulthood.
