Youth Ministry Leader - Mentoring, Outreach & Growth

A community church in Blackpool is seeking an Ignite Youth Leader to develop and lead youth programs aimed at supporting young individuals from deprived backgrounds. You will mentor young people, build partnerships with local schools, and nurture their spiritual growth in a safe environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum based on experience, along with the chance to earn a fully-funded qualification in Youth Ministry.
