Youth Mentor: SEMH & KS4 Student Support

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Youth Mentor to join a specialist SEMH school in Wandsworth this September. In this pivotal role, you will support students aged 14-16 who have faced challenges in mainstream education, delivering both academic and mental health support within small class sizes.

The ideal candidate will be resilient and compassionate, with strong behaviour management skills, ideally experienced in SEN settings or youth work.
