Youth Mentor: Inspire Confidence & Growth

Abbeyfield School in Northampton is seeking a Youth Mentor to build trusted relationships with students, families and staff, supporting learners to overcome challenges and develop confidence. You will mentor individuals and small groups, creating personalised support plans to improve attendance and wellbeing.

You'll work with pastoral teams and external agencies to identify barriers to learning and help students thrive both in school and beyond.
