Youth Mentor for Education & Wellbeing (1:1 & Small Groups)

A youth support organization in Telford is looking for a Change Mentor to provide tailored mentoring for young individuals aged 16-24. In this full-time position, you'll work both on-site and in the community to deliver high-quality support, helping them overcome educational barriers. You will also plan workshops focused on life skills and employability, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of effective SEND strategies. The position offers a salary range of £26,000 to £27,516.66 per year.
