Youth Mental Health Triage & 1-2-1 Project Worker

Chilypep in Barnsley is recruiting for a Triage and 1-2-1 Project Worker to join the HOME programme, a hub for young people's mental health and wellbeing. The role involves initial contact with young people, parents and professionals and delivering holistic, trauma-informed support within a blended team.
