Youth Mental Health Crisis Support Worker

Paragon Social Care is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to assist a young person aged 11-17 with complex emotional and mental health needs. The role focuses on building trust, promoting independence and safety through consistent, relationship-based care.

You will work 12-hour shifts across days and nights in a long term solo provision, liaising with CAMHS, social workers and emergency services as needed.
