Job Description

The Children's Society in Greater Manchester (Anthony Seddon Centre, Ashton) is recruiting an Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver 1-1 sessions and support young people's access to self-help and local services. The role is based in Tameside, with occasional evening/weekend hours and DBS checks in line with safeguarding policy.

The post holder will join the Safe Zones service, working to assess risk, build therapeutic relationships and support care plans.
