Youth Leadership Lead for Disabled Sport

Disability Sport Wales is seeking a Youth Voice & Leadership Senior Officer to drive youth voice across community clubs, embedding disabled young people's perspectives into club culture and session design. You will visit clubs and support leadership pathways such as volunteering and coaching.

The role requires strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to connect with disabled young people, clubs, schools, and partners, with leadership workshops and events.
