Youth Justice Link Worker - Build Resilience in Young People

Change Grow Live in Liverpool is seeking a Young Person's Resilience Worker - Youth Justice Link to support young people addressing substance use within the Youth Justice System. The role combines direct intervention and partnership working, with regular co-location within Liverpool Youth Justice Service.

The successful candidate will complete enhanced DBS check, be willing to drive, and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, assessments, and care plans.
