Youth Housing & Wellbeing Coach

YMCA South Midlands is hiring for a compassionate, calm and resilient role in our supported accommodation for young people. You will provide practical and emotional support, help residents manage challenges, maintain a safe environment and respond confidently to crises.

The post requires empathy, strong boundaries, and a commitment to promoting wellbeing and independent living. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
