Youth Engagement & Wellbeing Lead (Education)

West Herts College is seeking a Group Youth Engagement and Diversion Officer to support 16-18 year old students and help them thrive in education. You will be based at the Hemel Campus with occasional travel to other campuses, building trust, promoting positive behaviour, and safeguarding students.

You will work with external agencies, support vulnerable students, and help keep young people engaged and on track. The role offers development opportunities within a dynamic college environment.
