Youth Employment Mentor & Pathways Coach

AKG UK seeks a participant-centred Mentor to support eligible young people (18-24) with pre-employment and in-work support. You will coordinate tailored plans, maintain contact with participants and employers, and ensure records meet contractual and compliance standards.

Role involves building confidence, delivering CV and interview support, and working across local areas to enable funded employment and progression. Travel across sites will be required, with no homeworking.
