Youth Employment Coach & Pathway Advisor

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide information, advice and support to help unemployed young people access sustained employment. You will work one-to-one with participants to understand skills, goals and barriers, developing personalised action plans and guiding them toward training or paid work.

You will assist with CVs, job applications and interview preparation, signpost to other services, and review progress against plans.
