Youth Employability Team Lead

East Sussex County Council is seeking a permanent, full-time Youth Employability Service manager to support advisers in helping young people into employment, education and training.

The role focuses on line management, data analysis, and service improvement, with mandatory DBS clearance and frequent reporting to the Area Manager. Closing date 25 August 2026; interview date from 28 August 2026.
