Youth Employability Coach - Glasgow

Action for Children in Glasgow is seeking an Employment Facilitator. You will work one-to-one with young people, designing tailored employability sessions and creating outcome-focused plans to move them toward work, training or further education.

The role is hands-on, with group work, close collaboration with local partners, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. You'll contribute to safeguarding and deliver high-quality support in a youth-centred environment.
