Youth Employability & Engagement Lead

Sovereign & Bale is seeking an Activity Coordinator in South West London to design and deliver engaging activities for young people aged 18-24, with a focus on employability and progression toward employment or training.

You will work with Mentors, employers and community partners, plan sessions with clear objectives, and provide inclusive, accessible activities across Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth, with occasional travel in the local area.
