Youth Employability & Activities Lead

Sovereign & Bale is seeking an Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging, employment-focused activities for young people aged 18-24 across Leicester and surrounding areas. You will work with mentors, employers, and community partners to create inclusive programs that build confidence, transferable skills and workplace readiness.

The role requires planning sessions, adapting activities to diverse needs, coordinating venues and budgets, and ensuring safeguarding and accurate records.
