Youth Emotional Health & Wellbeing Support Worker

Early Break in Rochdale is seeking a permanent, full-time role to deliver 1:1 emotional health and wellbeing support to young people aged 16-25 and their families. The position runs 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with scope for a job share.
