Youth Delivery Lead: Sports & Mentoring

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is seeking a passionate Delivery Lead to engage with young people at risk of exclusion. You will deliver sports-based sessions and mentoring to support life skills and positive futures.

This role requires experience in working with youth, building relationships, and a Level 2 qualification in Sports Coaching or Youth Work. Flexibility for evening work is essential. You'll help coordinate activities, manage safeguarding processes, and maintain strong partnerships with schools and community organizations.
