Youth Care & Support Worker - Flexible Shifts & Growth

Radiantcarehomes in Reading is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help children aged 8-17 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. You will support daily routines, education, activities and emotional wellbeing in a caring team.

No prior experience required; full training provided and progression opportunities. Shifts include weekends and sleep-ins; Enhanced DBS is required; you will join a friendly, values-driven environment with ongoing qualifications.
