Youth & Play Worker - Part-Time Maternity Cover

Kensington & Chelsea YPF is looking for a dedicated Play & Youth Worker to provide maternity cover in a role supporting after-school clubs and youth sessions for young people aged 8-19. You will engage with children, build strong relationships, and ensure a nurturing environment. This fixed-term, part-time role (16 hours/week) runs from August 3rd, 2026 to May 17th, 2027 and involves working every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

The successful candidate will lead activities that promote personal development and social interaction, while ensuring safety and inclusivity.
