Youth & Community Engagement Lead

Oasis Ashburton Park in Croydon is seeking a Community Engagement Lead to support children, young people and families. You will lead the Prevention Programme, working with Oasis Academy Shirley Park, Oasis Academy Arena and local partners to strengthen communities.

The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating support and creating opportunities for youth development, leadership and positive pathways for the future.
