Youth Academy Performance & Wellbeing Manager

City Football Group's Manchester-based academy is seeking a Performance Lifestyle and Player Support Manager to lead a comprehensive programme for Academy players aged U9 to U21. You will work with players, families and Academy colleagues to ensure wellbeing, development and performance on and off the pitch.

You will coordinate lifeskills and personal development sessions, support players who need extra help, and mentor individuals.
