Your role as a Data Analyst

We are looking for our future Analyst to structure and evolve the entire stack in service of our business! Your role as an Analyst As a member of the Product team, you will play a central role and connect our internal teams: Product Managers, Developers, and our partner teams: Directors and Product Managers. Your main missions will be: Business Understanding- Master the business model of our various partners and understand their profitability levers.- Challenge each request to understand the underlying business issues.- Become the reference for the X ecosystem, particularly with Directors and Product Managers.- Simplify technical complexity for the business teams at our partners.Expertise and Structuring Data (Medalion Architecture, STAR Model)- Maintain, document, and improve existing models.- Conduct ad hoc analyses by exploring and analyzing data (proficiency in SQL is essential).- Build dashboards aligned with partner and internal needs.- Contribute to measuring product, technical, and business performance.Tech, AI & Curious- Be proactive about new approaches (AI, advanced analytics).- Understand the basics of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the stack with advancements in AI and new trends.We offer an ideal environment for someone who is curious and sees AI as a tool for efficiency, not as a limitation. In short, the profile sought by our team:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required. - Excellent mastery of SQL.- Experience with (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker ).- Strong interest in programming languages (Python, PySpark, JavaScript).- Initial experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.- Strong business acumen.- Ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.- Ability to self-train continuously and test new tools.Why choose Propulse?
