Young Adults Life Skills & Support Coach

Launchpad is launching its Young People's Services in Reading, and we are seeking a passionate Young People's Support Officer to help 18-24 year-olds build skills, confidence and resilience for independent adulthood.

You will manage a caseload within supported accommodation, providing person-centred support, helping with life skills and linking to education, wellbeing and employment opportunities.
