- Paid Mileage: at 35p per mile

- Consistent shift patterns: shifts are 07:00-19:00 (12 hour shifts)

As a young adult support worker, you will provide person centred care to a Young Adult in Falkirk helping them regain independence in their own home and in the community.
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
- Companionship and emotional support
- Travel Requirements: This is a community based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
- Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- Experience with challenging behaviour is essential.
