Yeo on the go - Food Van Crew

So, what will I be doing?

We are looking for bright and smiley individuals to join our small, friendly team for the summer season. Working at events supporting our brand new food trucks. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who works in hospitality, or those who would like to learn the ropes! The day to day will include a bit of everything to be honest as we love variety, however key roles are;

• Preparing and stocking vans before an event
• Assisting with the set-up of the venue
• Serving refreshments
• Packing up and cleaning the vehicles after the event
• Being an ambassador for the Yeo Valley brand
• Taking online payments
• Maintaining excellent levels of food hygiene
• Health and Safety Compliance

Hours

This is a part time role and will require some evening and weekend working and some occasions where multiple days will be spent off site at various food and farming festivals.

Pay

£12.77 per hour + Travel expenses

What do I need?

You need to love people! The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure is a must and a sense of humour certainly helps.

• Be positive and flexible in your approach to work.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work regarding cleanliness, tidiness and health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence preferable and be able to confidently drive a variety of vehicles.
• First Aid + Food Hygiene Training Preferable (training can be provided).
• The ability to get stuck in and work physically for the duration of the shift. In return you will learn new skills, be supported and be part of a friendly award winning team.
