About the role
- Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
- Practical experience in Offshore Engineering and working on turbines
- Technical project management experience
- Asset Management through compliance with Asset & Regulatory Governance
- HSE Management
- Contract Management
- Assist the team with:
- Creation and improvement of Safety Documentation in line with associated Safety Rules
- Contribution towards the development and implementation of engineering and maintenance strategies, policies and procedures to deliver measured site performance as outlined in the business plan
- Initiatives to improve the management of site safety, contributing to the fulfilment of the company safety objectives through offshore inspections
- Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders on relevant issues
- Support management of project work, ensuring work completed to programme, budget and quality
- Own designated plant faults for Root Cause Analysis, modification, rectification works and utilise efficient work tracking methods
Job requirements and experience
- You're an enrolled student in an Engineering related field
- Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills
- You're able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
- Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
