Year 5 Teacher: SEND & KS2 Inclusion

Just Teachers Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school on the outskirts of Colne. This full-time role starts in September and focuses on Upper Key Stage 2 with SEND support.

You will plan engaging lessons, differentiate for learners, monitor progress, and work with the SENCO and parents to meet individual needs in an inclusive classroom.
