About the role

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Coventry to recruit a Year 3 Teacher. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a welcoming and inclusive ethos with a strong focus on delivering an engaging curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative Year 3 lessons


• Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning accordingly


• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement


• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Pre-requisites

• Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent


• Proven experience in Primary Education


• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
