The Role:

Full responsibility for a Year 1 class - Planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum. Maintaining a positive, welcoming, and well-managed classroom. Working collaboratively with support staff and school leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Full Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

Experience in Year 1 or KS1 (EYFS transition experience welcomed)

Confident delivering the Year 1 curriculum

Positive, nurturing classroom presence

Committed, reliable, and keen to build strong relationships

Pay:

M1 - M6:£120 - £232 per day, depending on experience
