The Ideal Year 1 Teacher will:

• Qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 / Year 1 curriculum
• Passion for creating both an inclusive and purposeful learning experience
• A motivated practitioner who continually seeks to improve
• Excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with staff, pupils, and parents
• Possess an up to date DBS or be willing to obtain one.
• Year 1 experience - ECT'S also encouraged to apply
• Live a commutable distance from Redbridge, London
