We're looking for a hands on, reliable Yardsperson & Labourer to keep our depot running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. If you enjoy practical work, like staying organised, and want to be part of a busy, supportive team, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard organised and safe - maintain tidy work areas and follow all health & safety procedures
• Prepare machinery for hire - clean, valet, and check equipment so it's ready for customers
• Move, load and unload plant - safely position machinery and attachments around the depot
• Support depot operations - handle basic paperwork and assist the Depot Manager with day to day tasks

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
• Confidence working in a fast paced, hands on environment
• Clear communication and a team focused attitude
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Safe operation of plant machinery
• Essential: Right to work in the UK & full driving licence
