Detailed Information and Requirements

Role Summary

The Wraparound Care Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operation of a schools wraparound care program, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for the children in attendance.

Available locations - Putney/Bromley

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full-time Assistant Manager and multiple Casual Coaches who form the wrap-around care team, including staff rotas, training, development and performance management.
• Responsible for delivering the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the daily operations for the wraparound care provision, including planning activities, managing attendance and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
• Ensure the operation is compliant with the schools policies and procedures relating to child protection, safeguarding and health and safety.
• Ensure the service meets Ofsted's and any other regulatory body requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to the children, their parents, guardian and carers.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client school.
