WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
OTE £49,000
Job Details- Basic Salary: £46,800
- Working Hours: Week 1 Monday-Friday - 6am - 2.30pm
- Week 2 Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 11pm
- Saturday (1 in 4) 7am - 12pm (at time and a half)
- Location: Bedford
For the role you will need to have prior HGV Technician experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment, with prior supervisory experience. You will be responsible for looking after two other technicians and making the decisions to enable the running of a smooth shift consistently.
Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor- Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
- Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection
- Organize team workloads and communicate with shift
- Health and safety of shift members
- Good housekeeping and H&S requirements
- All work is carried out in a time scale acceptable to the customer
- Ensure all paperwork is completed
- To ensure all paperwork and general workshop duties are completed
- Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
- HGV licence is essential
- Prior supervisory experience
