Workshop Operations & Compliance Support Lead

Babcock is hiring a Workshop Supervisor Support in Wareham/Lulworth, Dorset to ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations. You will back frontline supervisors with administrative tasks, compliance checks and coordination, enabling safe, high-quality engineering outputs.

The role is based onsite with 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu) and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and ERP systems, plus SC security clearance. Training and benefits are provided.
