Les Marmettes FRSA Romande SourdAveugles, specialized institution for supporting deafblind individuals and those with associated disabilities, is looking to complete its socio-professional sector team: at 70% Your mission: You support individuals with sensory disabilities, with or without associated disabilities, in a laundry-weaving environment on a daily basis. Through structured, adapted, and rewarding activities, you promote their autonomy, support their engagement, and contribute to their development. You collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in a caring framework, respecting the values of the institution and its principles. Profile: Holder of a CFC (ASE or relevant for the position). Experience and/or strong interest in activities with ease in tasks and in transmitting skills. Experience in the field of disability is desired. Ability to learn quickly. Capacity to work in a team and collaborate constructively. Knowledge of French Sign Language (LSF) is a plus. We offer: A stable position paid according to the salary scale of the Valais canton.
