For one of our clients, for a permanent position (CDI) as Watchmaking After-Sales Service Manager located in Geneva, we are looking for a: Watchmaking After-Sales Service Manager (m/f) Mission: Ensure the technical and human management of After-Sales Service (SAV) to guarantee the quality, speed, and reliability of watchmakers, while respecting the brand standards and client expectations.Watchmaking After-Sales Service Manager (m/f)MISSION DESCRIPTION- Supervise teams: manage, motivate, coach a team of 16. - Foster a motivating work environment. - Manage workflows: organize the entry/exit of jobs and distribute work, optimize processing times, monitor performance KPIs (Quality - Productivity). - Technical support: be the technical reference for watchmakers, resolve complex cases, ensure continuous skill development of the team. - Ensure quality: guarantee adherence to quality processes according to our finishing criteria and specific visual standards. - Present KPIs and provide regular feedback (quality, productivity, incidents). - Propose continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S), actively collaborate with customer service management and the CS department. - Participate in cross-functional projects (new products, field returns).PROFILE- Watchmaking diploma (CFC or equivalent) - A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and leadership - Customer service and quality-oriented mindset - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Good knowledge of team collaboration tools. jidabc8d2faen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
