Salary: £42,000 basic + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers in delivering on their promises by ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will be responsible for the workshop's performance, developing a results-driven team that meets high technical and quality standards, driving innovation to reduce vehicle downtime, and delivering excellent customer service.

• You possess strong technical expertise with a solid background in automotive workshop management, earning the respect of your team.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and profitable.
• You are a people person who values your team and adapts your management style accordingly.
• You are a natural coach, passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues' development.
• You have a strong customer service focus, adept at resolving issues effectively.
