We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller/Warranty Administrator to join a reputable main dealership in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their automotive career within a thriving dealer group.
The successful individual will oversee workshop activities, optimise technician productivity, and ensure the efficient operation of the service department. The role's main focus will be Workshop Control, with Warranty Administration forming a smaller but important part of the position. This role offers a balanced mix of workshop control and warranty duties, ideal for professionals with relevant experience.

- Performing vehicle health checks and quality assurance
- Communicating effectively with customers and Service Advisors
- Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Managing warranty payments, credit notes, and schedules to ensure compliance
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Foreman, or similar role
- Proven experience supervising or managing technicians
- Strong understanding of vehicle repairs, workshop processes, and warranty procedures
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good IT literacy with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of warranty administration preferred but not essential
