Workplace Wellbeing Lead: Trauma-Informed & Peer Support

The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator at Ministry of Justice leads the on-site delivery of the establishment's Staff Wellbeing Plan, coordinating peer support, post-incident care and governance across the estate.

You will drive preventative and responsive wellbeing initiatives in line with national priorities and standards, while working with HR, SMT and managers to support staff engagement and psychological safety.
