Workplace Wellbeing Ergonomist & Health Data Lead

West Midlands Police is seeking an Occupational Health Human Factors Ergonomist to join the in-house Occupational Health and Wellbeing team for 12 months. The role champions a holistic, preventative Occupational Health provision that safeguards the physical and mental wellbeing of all colleagues.

You will collaborate closely with Occupational Health teams and provide dedicated guidance to Line Managers, ensuring teams are supported and retention is promoted, while adherence to Force policy and
