Workplace Transition Lead - London Fire Brigade 
Shape the future of London Fire Brigade.
We're seeking a dynamic Workplace Transition Lead to drive transformation as part of our flagship New Headquarters Project, delivering a modern, high-performing workplace beyond 2027. As the Workplace Transition Lead, you will provide senior leadership within the project team, working closely with the Project Lead and Sponsor. You'll represent the project across the organisation and ensure staff engagement is at the heart of our transformation.
Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team and deputise for the Project Lead.
- Collaborate across departments to gather and validate HQ requirements.
- Champion change management and ensure smooth transition and staff engagement.
- Align workplace culture with LFB values and operational needs.
- Manage stakeholder communications, risks, and benefits realisation.
- Proven experience in leading change and managing stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Expertise in workplace transformation and business readiness.
- Knowledge of project governance, DEI, and organisational culture.
Salary range: £72,181 - £89,656 per annum
