What we need from you: - Configure and install workstations, mobile devices, peripherals, and maintain clients' workstations - Provide recurring support - Troubleshoot incidents and software on our clients' sites in support of our helpdesk team - Participate in technical infrastructure projects with our engineers - Manage inventories - Develop technical documentation What you bring: - Holder of a CFC potentially supplemented by a higher degree (or equivalent title) - 3-5 years of experience in customer support or similar roles - Good multidisciplinary technical skills in systems - Team spirit, excellent stress resistance, and sense of priorities - You are methodical, rigorous, organized, proactive, and autonomous - Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of English - A driving license (B) is essential for free movement in the cantons of Vaud Starting date: immediately or as agreed If you recognize yourself in this job description and are interested in taking on challenges, don't hesitate to send us your application exclusively using the form.
