Workplace Project Manager (Junior) vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support the implementation of space and area projects including desk sharing initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project life cycle
• Create furniture layouts using internal CAFM tools
• Assist in the execution and coordination of office relocations
• Collaborate with existing project teams under internal project leadership

Your experience/knowledge:

• CAD software proficiency and technical drawing skills
• Experience in workplace or facilities management projects
• Knowledge of space planning and furniture layout design
• Understanding of project coordination methodologies
• Language skills: German

Your soft skills:

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability in dynamic environments
