The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless, people focused workplace experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for workplace and Facilities Management (FM) enquiries, this role ensures the workplace is welcoming, well maintained, and aligned with Sage's values and service standards. The Coordinator supports operational excellence, compliance, and KPI achievement while fostering a collaborative and engaging environment for colleagues, visitors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for workplace and FM enquiries; support daily workplace operations.
- Coordinate on site activities, events, and meeting spaces to maintain a vibrant workplace culture.
- Oversee third party supplier performance and ensure service quality, compliance, and budget adherence.
- Manage workplace systems including CAFM, access passes, mail, stock control, and daily inspections.
- Promote Sage values, customer service standards, and a safe, compliant workplace.
- Support the Regional Workplace Manager with operational reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Warm, approachable, and genuinely people focused with strong service ethos.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with workplace tools, scheduling platforms, or event management technology is desirable.
- Knowledge of health & safety and first aid (training can be provided).
