Job Description

Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company specialising in supporting corporate office occupiers to create exceptional workplace experiences for their staff and visitors.

Salary: £34,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, permanent position - Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Workplace Coordinator who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs.

The Role

Reporting to the Facilities Site Lead, the Workplace Coordinator will be the first point of contact between the client and Anabas. As such, professionalism, accountability, and a strong customer focused approach are essential.

You will take ownership of client requests and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly. Where escalation is required, you will coordinate with the relevant Anabas teams to ensure a swift and effective response.

You will also act as a trusted point of contact for floor occupants and visitors, building strong relationships with stakeholders and helping to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

BS7858 vetting and an SIA licence are required for this role. Anabas will arrange and fund the 7 day training course if you do not currently hold a licence.

About You

We are looking for a facilities professional who:

  • Has at least 2 years' experience in Corporate Facilities Management
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Takes ownership of tasks and works proactively
  • Enjoys building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast paced workplace environment
